Fetching Mails of another Gmail Account into your Preferred Gmail Account via Forwarding
Forwarding means to make sure that the e-mail reaches the Gmail inbox instantly. Each email client may or may not have the forwarding feature. So, this raises two possibilities: another email client having its own forwarding feature and another email client with no forwarding feature. Let’s first start by exploring the first possibility.

In that case, let’s assume that the other account is a Gmail one. To fetch the mails of this second Gmail account into the first Gmail account, click the gear icon on the top-right corner after logging into your second email account, select Settings to access Gmail’s settings, select the tab named Forwarding and POP/IMAP, and finally click the Add a Forwarding Address button.
A prompt will appear for entering the first email address. Now, an e-mail with the confirmation link is sent to the first e-mail address wherein you just have to click the link. Next, visit the tab named Forwarding and POP/IMAP again, select the option called Forward a copy of incoming mail to, and click the Save Changes command. That’s it!
Fetching Mails of another Email Account into your Gmail Account via Mail Fetcher
In case your other email accounts (other than Gmail) do not offer the forwarding feature, the Mail Fetcher utility of Gmail allows you to forward the mails from those accounts over the POP3 protocol. However, those email clients must support the POP3 protocol.
To use the Mail Fetcher service, open the Settings page of Gmail, click Accounts, and click the link that reads, Add a POP3 mail account you own. This will open up another window wherein you need to enter the e-mail ID of another email account and click Next.
Now, you need to specify the account’s password as well as the POP settings, and then click the Add Account button.
Well, this is not enough to get mails instantly although Gmail checks your POP3 account frequently for fetching the new mails received. To get the mails instantly, on the Settings page, select the Labs tab and enable Refresh POP Accounts. Doing so will make the Refresh button visible in your Gmail account for checking the POP accounts instantly.
